I hold an MBA and Six Sigma certifications, but more importantly, I've been in the trenches—managing multi-million dollar expansions, launching continuous improvement programs, and figuring out how to make complex businesses run smoothly.

When I'm Not Consulting...
When I'm not helping businesses grow, you'll find me hiking with our rescue dogs Chi and York, traveling with my husband Justin (we've been together since high school), working in my vegetable garden, or hunting for morel mushrooms each spring.
I also volunteer with organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters, Fond du Lac Humane Society, and Old Glory Honor Flight, because giving back is good for the soul.
